ML Egeria - "Governor's Launch"

 

The Motor Yacht Club of Tasmania is home to the ML Egeria, a classic antique vessel built from Huon Pine and Teak in 1941. The 18.9 metre "Egeria" served as a Naval Auxiliary launch during World War 2 and is now available for charter.

 

The Egeria has since carried many distinguished guests including visiting royalty and Tasmanian Govenors. Authentically presented, the Egeria is a unique part of the River Derwent heritage and available to enhance your arrival on your special day.

 

Pick up locations for guests include; Bellerive Wharf, Waterman's Dock or Kings Pier. Catering and beverages may also be arranged by request. Prices are subject to charter duration and requirements.
